How do I see a list of users automatically unfollowed?

From the top page, you can view your automatic unfollows by clicking View all recent  in the left-hand activity sidebar.

The orange number is the total number of posts liked, users followed and, users unfollowed.

The list does not include the unfollows which you did directly on Instagram. 

Please note, this list only shows recent activities, there may be a delay in the results as our server only updates the results at certain times of the day.
